Install Centos 8 streaming minimal install.

You must select MINIMAL INSTALL when setting up Centos 8. if you don't the efa install will fall.

Also remember minimal install does not enable your network card by default!!!!

you will need to edit you network script and set onboot=yes the default is no for security reason. yes it's annoying.
